Almost exactly a year ago, at Cida’s Brazilian Soul Workshop at Esalen Institute, I set an intention with myself that weekend for the coming year: FREEDOM.
Freedom was my word. Today, I find myself as Free as I can remember ever being, untethered, after selling/giving away most of my “stuff” (boy do we collect stuff! – and I’m one to keep my space clear) driving across America, Air-Pod in tow, exploring places where I might want to spend more time or maybe move to.
